How do I open or create an online account?
If you already have a Philip Harris account but usually shop by phone or fax you can start shopping online quickly and easily, simply click on the Login button at the top right of the website and click on the Activate Account button on the page and follow the instructions; please note you will need your account number.
If you are new to Philip Harris simply add your shopping to the basket and follow the prompts to checkout, you can easily create an account as you proceed through checkout or click the Register button at the top right of the website and complete the online form.
What are my delivery options?
We provide free standard and next day delivery to anywhere on the UK mainland. Simply place your order by 2pm, select next day as your delivery preference and you’ll receive your items the following day. Some items are delivered direct from the supplier to you and may incur a delivery charge, you will be notified of this on your receipt of order. Find out more about delivery.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and rest assured that your details are safe, we use Internet standard encryption technology “SSL” or “Secure Socket Layer” technology) to encode all personal data that you send to us when placing an order through the Website.
Alternatively if you are a limited company, registered charity or public sector funded organisation then you may be eligible for a 30 days interest free credit account and can pay on invoice. To apply for a credit account simply complete our online form.
When will my order arrive?
90% of stocked orders are delivered within 2 working days in the UK (unless next day is requested by 2pm). Some items are delivered direct from the supplier to you and may incur a longer lead time which shall be notified to you on your Order Confirmation on receipt of the order . All items online clearly state when direct delivery applies. Find out more about delivery.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
You can check the delivery status of your order in My Account. Simply login to your account, go to 'My History' where you see a van icon, click on this to see the overall status of your order and where available you will also be able to track the delivery progress of your order.
I've forgotten my account number can you help?
Your account number can be found on any previous invoices or delivery notes and in the 'My Account' section when you login online but if you are still experiencing problems locating your details please call our help centre on 0345 120 4520.
How do I change my account details?
To change your delivery details simply log into your web account and go to My Account. Please note you cannot change your invoice address details, if you wish to change this please email your request to our Customer Services team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0345 120 4520 between 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday for assistance.
How do I use a promotion code?
Once you’ve added the items you want to order to your shopping basket you’ll have the option to enter a promotion or discount code before you proceed to checkout. Simply enter your code in the box, click ‘Apply’, and the promotion will be added to your shopping basket. Remember promotion codes usually have an end date but if you experience any problems using a code simply get in touch.
How do I return my item(s)?
If you wish to return an item(s), we offer hassle free returns, simply let us know within 14 days of delivery if you want to return your goods, and follow our simple returns process.
Do you deliver overseas/internationally?
This website only accepts order from the UK. If you are an international customer and would like to place an order please do so via our International website, www.findel-international.com.
How can I pay any invoices on my account?
You can choose to pay by BACs to Findel Education Ltd. A/C No. 60922161 at Barclays Bank, Colmore Row Birmingham. Sort Code 20-07-71. By cheque, made payable to Findel Education, or by Debit/Credit Card via your online account under 'Pay My Invoices' or by calling us on 0345 120 4520. All payment methods need a remittance via any of the following methods:
