If you have any questions about the delivery of our products you've come to the right place. Take a look below for all the information you may need about the different options Philip Harris offer. General Check before you order We carry extensive stock to avoid delivery delays, but if you want to check availability first call our customer contact centre on 0845 120 4520.
2-4 Day Delivery
If you place your order before 4pm, Monday-Friday, you will receive your order within 2-4 working days providing all items are in stock at time of order. This however excludes direct delivery and 2 man delivery items. Delivery Charges Secondary Catalogue: £6.95 for all standard orders Unilab Catalogue: £6.95 for all standard orders Primary Catalogue: Free for all orders on-line; Free for all standard orders over £150; £3.95 for all standard orders under £150 Some large furniture items may attract an additional delivery charge.
Express Delivery Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt and despatched the same day on a 24 hour delivery service. This service is strictly subject to stock availability. Please call 0845 120 4520 before 11.00am and specify that you require the Philip Harris EXPRESS service (UK Mainland only), we regret that furniture, large items and direct despatch items cannot be despatched by Philip Harris Express Service.
Direct Despatch Please note that certain items may come from the manufacturer and may take up to 21 days. Some items are also manufactured at the point of order and can take up to 4 -6 weeks for delivery, and for some specific microscope slides this could be longer. In all instances such items will be identified throughout the catalogue and communicated at the point of order.
Refused delivery We reserve the right to make a carriage charge plus a 20% handling charge, or minimum of £10 whichever is greater, on all consignments that are refused without reason.
