Description |
- For determining melting points in the range 20 to 360C. Up to two melting point capillary tubes can be inserted into the removable heating block. The dual heating system for the block comprises separate heaters total 70W, one being controllable up to approximately 190C, with the other acting as a boost for rapid heating up to 360C. br /The cabinet of the instrument is of sturdy construction with operating instructions on the top panel. Controls include an ON/OFF switch. Toggle switch for boost and Fine temperature control.br /Dimensions W255 x D160 x H63mm. br /Supplied with 100 capillary tubes, 100 x 1.8mm diameter in a sealed container to prevent contamination. Complete with 1.5m detachable mains cable with IEC connector and fitted mains plug. br /For use on 240V, 50Hz supplies. br /Supplied WITHOUT thermometer.
