If you have any questions about the delivery of our products you’ve come to the right place. Take a look below for all the information you may need about the different delivery options Philip Harris offer. General
Check before you order. We carry extensive stock to avoid delivery delays, but if you want to check availability first call our customer contact centre on 0845 120 4520.
Standard Delivery
All stocked items are delivered FREE by standard delivery to the UK mainland and we will aim to deliver within 2-4 working days.
90% of stocked orders are delivered within 2 working days. Deliveries outside of the UK may take a little longer.
Direct Delivery
For delivery times on items delivered direct from the supplier to you, please refer to the product page. Some direct delivery items may incur a delivery charge which shall be notified to you on receipt of the order.
Refused Delivery
We reserve the right to make a carriage charge plus a 20% handling charge, or minimum of £10 whichever is greater, on all consignments that are refused without reason.
