Our streamlined returns process means we are able to take a return of goods for any reason and provide a full refund provided that:
- You let us know that you wish to return the goods within 7 days of delivery
- The goods are in their original form including all packaging, are unused and all seals are unbroken
To arrange the return of an item please call 08451 204520. Notification of stock items ordered in error must be made within 7 working days of receipt. Please note all goods must be returned with the original packaging in which it is supplied, without this we may not accept a returned item and you will still be charged. We cannot accept returns of any products or kits that contain living organisms or cultures (including but not limited to: Bacterial slopes, Fruit Flies (Drosophila), Algae). We ask that you carefully consider your requirements for such items before you place your order.
