Check before you order
We carry extensive stock to avoid delivery delays, but if you want to check availability first call our customer contact centre on 0845 120 4520.
Two-man delivery
Our service doesn't just finish at your door - two man delivery teams will carry larger items to where you need them. These items are clearly indicated in our catalogue, however are unfortunately not available for Philip Harris Express delivery. Restrictions apply.
Philip Harris Express Delivery (UK mainland only)
For urgent deliveries, if you place your order before 11am and request our Express Delivery service. So long your item is in stock we can organise for it to be put on a 72 hour service once it has been dispatched. There is a flat charge of just £9.95 (+VAT) for orders of all values. Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch large furniture and large play equipment, or items delivered direct from the manufacturer. Please also note that if your order is placed online over a bank holiday period there may be an extra day added to the Express Delivery service. You can call our Customer Services department for further information.
Direct Despatch
Certain items may come from the manufacturer and may take longer to despatch. Some items are also manufactured at point of order and can take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. In both instances such items will be identified throughout the catalogue.
Refused Delivery
We reserve the right to make a carriage charge plus a 20% handling charge, or a minimum of £10 whichever is greater, on all consignments that are refused without reason.
