Need to return an item? Let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods. We'll arrange collection back to our warehouse, or for direct delivery items, back to the supplier.



We accept returns on most standard items, but some products are not eligible for return. Examples include:
Exercise books, stationery, gifts, trophies and awards or clothing customised with school logos or names.
Built to order equipment, bespoke furniture, or made to measure equipment or kits.
Non-stock items sourced specifically for your order via direct delivery.
Opened PPE (e.g. gloves, goggles, face protection), first aid or medical supplies where seals are broken, opened period products, toiletries and personal care items.
Chemicals and reagents, radioactive sources, flammable substances, batteries and items containing lithium cells and aerosols or pressurised containers.
Perishable goods, software or digital licences once activated; and items returned in a used or non resalable condition.
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return in line with our standard policy. Depending on the reason for return, a collection or restocking fee may apply.
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to return your item. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund for the product price, excluding delivery charges.
For orders delivered in instalments, consumers can return any item within 14 days of the final delivery, while other customers must return each item within 14 days of its respective delivery. Exclusions: The unwanted returns policy does not apply to:
Items with known defects disclosed before purchase.
Items damaged due to unauthorized repairs.
Bespoke, personalized, or perishable goods.
Items primarily made of photocopiable materials (e.g., magazines, books).
Unwrapped CDs, DVDs, or computer software.
If an item is faulty, we accept returns based on the following timeframes: consumers have up to 6 months, unless we can prove the item was fault-free at delivery or if it’s a perishable product. All other customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
For faulty returns, we will either arrange collection or cover the return shipping costs. After inspection, we will offer one of the following remedies: repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Consumers can choose between repair or replacement first. If we fail to fix the issue in a reasonable time, you may request a price reduction or a full refund (with possible deductions for use). Other customers may request a remedy, but we will decide the most appropriate solution.
Faulty returns do not apply to items with known defects disclosed before purchase or those damaged by unauthorized repairs.
For Direct Delivery items, a handling fee may apply, which will be communicated at the time of the return request.
