Cheese Making Kit
Experiment kit for the demonstration of cheese making. Kit contains cheese culture cloth and a protease enzyme rennet substitute.
The culture used in this kit is a mixture of four bacteria - streptococcus lactis, streptococcus cremoris, streptococcus diacetylactis and leuconostoc cremoris - and is particularly suitable for cream or curd cheese. The rennet substitute is a protease enzyme which causes the milk to coagulate forming the ‘curd’. Kit supplied with instructions.
