Lactobacillus casei is a rod-like bacterium which is Gram Positive. It can be found in dairy products and also in the digestive system. It requires Lactic acid bacteria (MRS) medium for growth.

  • Incubation Temperature: 35°C
  • Aseptic handling technique should always be observed when handling bacterial cultures.
