Faraday Perpetual Flashlight
A new torch using the principle of Faraday’s Law of Induction that never needs batteries. Shaking the torch passes a magnet through a copper coil which creates an electric current. This current is then stored in a capacitor which powers an ultra bright LED which can be seen for up to a mile. After an initial three minutes shake to get it going, the torch then only requires 45 seconds of shaking to provide enough electrical energy to power the LED light for up to five minutes.
