Chemical delivery charges
Some chemicals require specialist packaging and transport to comply with hazardous goods regulations. Delivery charges reflect these additional handling requirements.

Ordering more than one chemical?
Only one chemical delivery charge is applied per order.
For example:
An order containing only non-hazardous chemicals is charged £8.25.
An order containing one or more hazardous chemicals is charged £30, regardless of how many hazardous or non hazardous chemicals are included in the same order.

Hazardous chemicals are clearly identified on the product page with the relevant hazard information.
Why is the delivery charge higher?
Hazardous chemicals require specialist packaging, handling and transport to comply with UK regulations.
Can I order hazardous and non hazardous chemicals together?
Yes. If your order contains any hazardous chemicals, a single £30 hazardous chemical delivery charge applies to the whole chemical order.
