Ideal for advanced physics lessons, this Teltron Tube enables students to visually explore the behaviour of electrons under electric and magnetic fields. Designed for Key Stage 5 and college use, it supports hands-on investigations into atomic physics concepts such as electron deflection and specific charge measurement.
Highly evacuated glass tube with focusing electron gun and inclined fluorescent screen
Allows demonstration of both electric and magnetic deflection of electron beams
Mica screen (approx. 90mm x 60mm) coated with phosphor for clear fluorescent traces
Glass bulb diameter: approx. 130mm; total length: approx. 260mm
Maximum filament voltage: =7.5V AC/DC; maximum anode and capacitor voltage: 5000V
